    Hi,
If I submit my directory which has 2000 backlinks from PR5 sites and 1500 pages indexed in google. And its PR3 right now, so if I submit my directory in the following directories what PR can I get in the next update. Here is the list

    http://www.eonte.com
    http://www.alivedirectory.com
    http://www.allinfodir.com
    http://www.elegantdirectory.com
    http://www.get-index.com
    http://www.linksfactory.net
    http://www.2yi.net
    http://www.web1directory.com
    http://www.freewd.org
    http://www.forplex.com
    http://www.web-dir.com
    http://www.webotopia.org
    http://www.seoquery.com
    http://www.kamsdir.com
    http://www.bestwebdirectory.info
    http://www.directoryworld.info
    http://www.dnanic.com
    http://www.webworlddirectory.info
    http://www.toprankers.info
    http://www.classicdirectory.info
    http://www.directoryking.info

I've got the list from a friend of mine coz he said that these are the strongest directories. And If I submit them in all those directories will I get a PR6 by next update? I know that no one can guarantee the PR but still i may expect something, and one thing else when is the next PR update?
    Thanks

That depends on the PR of the page your site is listed on OR will get in next update.

You have missed the top Strong Directory - BQTM ;)

Lists are subjective and various indexes have differing results and opinions :)

Suggest you submit to your review budget, and maybe at this time/date you have ready missed the G snap shot day for the next PR

I would say a PR 5, a PR 6 is a different ball game and would need a few more backlinks

Also, like someone said the PR of the page on which your directory is listed would also matter

You may have missed the current PR update. If its the same as last time, google should have made its PR snapshots any time now.

IMO, it will be pr5 after next pr update. You have to buy a few PR7 links if you want to boost it to PR6

Maybe a PR 5. You will be very lucky to get PR 6.
Depends on your other backlinks, and the PR of the directory categories you submit to.
But the difficult part is to keep your PR if it goes to 5 or 6, and pass a good PR to your inner pages.
    A PR 5 site with PR 4 sub-pages is better than a PR 6 homepage with PR 0 sub-pages.
The only secret, the one everyone knows, is that you must never stop building your backlinks, if you are after PR.

You may get a PR 5 from what you have there but as daskella said , no matter your PR you'll still have to build backlinks.

The PR rating is depending on the authority sites you had in your directory.
To get PR6 fillup all the categories uniformly, to gettings better PR you have to add articles modes to your directory.

Regarding PR update it's updated once in a 3 months, the next Google PR update is August2007, and the next update is December 2007.

If you required listings to your directory, please contact, I have sufficient experience in submitting manual listings to directories.

As a general rule, yes it is 3 months or so between updates. However, updates can happend much sooner or later. There is no gaurantee when it will happend.
