    MAN! If you develop that into a help site, or informational forum, you really could raise the value up significantly.
    Right now, you will get something for it, but I couldn't put a number on it.
    Desktoppc.com is not developed, and is also for sale.

    Thanks hmansfield. That's a good point. If someone really wanted it undeveloped they would probably go for the .com as it is also for sale.

    A computer help forum would be a good place to start.

    Anyone else with any appraisal?

    I would consider it to be worth high $xxx or possibly even low $xxxx undeveloped. Someone is not always going to go for the .com if the price is too ridiculous.

    maybe develop a forum which helps users on using mac windows and linux?
