    mvandemar, I'm siding with you on this one, once I saw this quote from

    hamidof, I realized he has no clue whatsoever he is talking about...

    Sends back the Cookies???? are you for real? Googlebot is coming from the same IP, so why should it count as different visitors.....Does your analytics program count a someone visiting from the same IP address mutliple times a day as unique visitors?

    I suggest that you go and read about session handling on web applications.
    IP address is not the way to track users, you need to use session IDs stored in URLs or cookies.
    Sometimes 1000 visitors behind a proxy, use only 1 IP address!
