    Hello members

OK, I have the lists, I have the clients, and I m ready to do submission. I was thinking is there any way to improve submission process. As I am doing it manually, does few changes in Title, Meta Tags, Anchor Tags and Description while submitting Improve anyhow to website?
If yes, can you explain plz how?
If not , Is there anyways to improve just a little bit which may be time consuming but worth doing it ???

    Thanks

Are you just copying and pasting your clients information into the directories? If so, please go get ROBOFORM and you can do it all in just one click except for category choice and the image verification!

Have you tried using a Directory Submitting Software like DirectorySubmitter? I used it for my submission. It will even pick the categories for you.

I'm a fan of the Firefox plug-in, InFormEnter. You can have multiple profiles for each site. There is an icon that appears next to the form's input box, right-click and choose the data to populate the field.

Also, try the DigiXMAS directory submitter. Once you populate the site's profile, it fills in the information. The app does an OK job of picking categories, then all you need to do is provide the CAPTCHA.

    Hope it helps.

Roboform has been my freind for over centuries now : )

Just get a good list of good directories ( google them please - best that way ) and start pilling them up.

Best if you keep a track of things. As simple as a .txt file will the DIR URL and its status ( submitted, accepted, rejected, etc ) so that you can use them later again on other projects.

    Oh boy!!!

Do you really need to ask? They have something called Google, where you can type in a name and voila, results. If you are not Google proficient than you are in luck because this site has another way to be found... type in roboform.com

It's a good idea to prepare several alternative submissions for each website, and the more you can write the better. This means that when you do get links, they won't be on pages that the search engines determine to be duplicate content. If that happens (and when a lot of directories use category dumps and the same scripts, and everyone else in your category is copy-and-pasting the same thing into hundreds of directories, it is likely), then your effort will be wasted.

Don't rotate your title text too much. If the website is called Top Widgets, then rotate between "Top Widgets", "Top Widgets Inc" and "Top Widgets - keyword keyword". Add a couple of different keywords now and then, but don't submit "keyword keyword, keyword ...." as your title every time. It will mostly get the submission binned. A lot of directories have explicit guidelines on this, you should read them and submit accordingly.
