Sorry for being noobish this web 2.0 thing is new to me.. What is it? Or I should say what kind of style is it?

Anything new and inventive i believe sites like myspace.com youtube.com all these community sites seem to be the new thing

In 1997 to 2000 nobody was calling it Web 1.0, but now they refer to the past that way.

• I read a lot of 'Web 2.0' companies are running out of venture capital.
• "These days everyone wants free stuff" and other factors.
• It will be interesting to see if a bunch of Web 2.0 stocks fly really high (like 1999- 2000)
