There's plenty in the US... Look at halliburton for example... no-bid iraq contracts to a company the vice-pres used to work for?

$5 a day? On bad days, that beats my AdSense earnings.

I think anything over 10 mil would last for the rest of your life and you could have an awesome life why do you need a billion or 68 billion.

At 5% interest, 1 million provides $50,000 a year income... I could retire on a million...

That is a PERFECT example. Slim and his businesses are just a Mexican halliburton.

Sad thing is that the world is making such a fuss out of this as if he were some sort of guru, when he has done nothing but bribe the hell out of politicians who will do anything to protect him and help him increase his fortune.

Never thought about that you actually could live off 1 mil with interest but taxes would still take a good amount of that away.

Yeah, taxes would eat some of that up, but when you have that much cash, you should be able to make more then 5% easy... Hedge funds, mutual funds...

That's the way to do it, marry a rich person and live off them...

Bill Gates is still a good guy and has donated Billions of dollars to charity and thats all, i think, should matter.

It isn't how much money you have it is how much money you have given!!!

    Agreed...

How long do you think it'll be before we actually refer to him by his name, instead of "the mexican guy"?

    Yea I bought a Wii before Xbox 360 actually I still don't have a 360.

I am thinking the Wii is gonna be like the PS2. Everyone owns one but at the end of the year everyone is playing a different console.
