Follow these steps to recover from that horrible D) blending for that 468x60.

1. Change background to FFFFFF
2. Change Link title to 336699
3. Change border to FFFFFF
4. Change text to 333333

i did that deliberately just to know if it's useful to increase ctr.lol! i also put ads between my posts so you might want to click one of my posts.

* add an adsense ads above your comments
* add one link unit under your main menu
