Traffic Details: The traffic stats will be a lot more than stated as we only just got around to adding google analytics on the 24th of last month, we only added the analytics code to the index page so pageviews on the proxified pages will be a lot higher than stated.

Looking at the adsense statistics, you'd make that back in under a month.

 

I think the price is justified since the design is unique to the site and buyer will get full rights to it along with the psd.
