http://oxxe1.com/en/productos/refrigerantes/normal.html They are in Columbia.. probably not an enforceable trademark infringement. I don't know what our relationship is with them, but we have been quite chummy with them since the Drug wars of the 90's. Someone may have thrown a Trademark agreement in with some legislation. It wouldn't exactly scare me away from it.
Thanks so much for your posting in this matter. But i want to use this domain in usa not in usa. is there problem? What type of site we can develope with this domain? Its easy to pronounceable domain. its like e cool and you know the cool.com domain was sold us $40 million or then that. why cool is so hot domain? When we say EQOOL.com will same pronounce only in writing is different. How much we can sell this domain?
I would say as it sits... Reg fee. It would go for more if you were to develop it and brand the name. Q is a bad letter to have in a domain name IMO.
I dont understand how many people are saying "reg fee". I would buy it myself for more than that(and it's got nothing to do with me having no domain-buying sense, or whatever that is)
Appraisals are basically opinions. It's subjective to the buyer. Someone may look at it a know what he wants to do with it and pay good money, and others may not see any immediate potential. The bottom line is, it's "cool", but "cool" doesn't get premium prices. Real words, with correct syntax, that appeal to a large number of consumers or businesses get premium prices.
I agree with your views. All depend how you can market the domain. If you have realy good content whatever domain you have will be success. Like youtube.com it is not that good domain but based on content it grows fast. and become a unique name. Some top level domains don't have good content so they are not doing good. But to start some business with good content with easy to remember, and easy to pronounceable domain always better. I personaly think EQOOL.COM is easy to remember, has sense, and uniqe domain. What do you think guys?
You are absolutely correct. Content and how you market it is everything, but then it becomes less about the domain, and more about the website. It has definite potential. My opinion was just based on if you were to resell it, raw, domain only.
