there are many ppl who could do that, one of them is Boris Berezovsky, the one that sits in London and spends millions on opposition, it's a dirty world, so the easiest thing is to say that Putin killed her. Sure I approve Putin, the life got much better with him, and ppl want him for another 4 years, but I dunno what will happen, he says he wont stay. Actually, it is $12 bln. I'm very happy that they will spend it, they could do that earlier and not just for Olympics. As long as it stays within the country and not going to abroad like it was when idiot Eltsin was.
