Some folks sell blog links at the Link Sale forum here at DP, and those blogs got PR0. Usually in this case though, they sell like up to 100 blog links in each unique domains.
Are you looking for buying in bulk, irregardless of PR ? Or do you have a particular theme or requirement in mind???

Yes the bulk permanent contextual link in blogs. That's what I am looking for. But if using free blogs, I would require a huge bulk offer. Theme doesn't mater.
