I'll bid $450, but it's interesting to see that the site doesn't show up for any of the keyword phrases in your screenshot. It could be different elsewhere (I'm in the US), but for me they're not there.

I can't see any reason for anyone to back out of buying this site, everything about it is legit and it's a bargain .... people who do this just stuff it up for everyone, both buyers and sellers.

If people just want to dick around and make bids they have no intention of honouring then they should be banned form here.
