$ 30 logo redesign

Hello,

I've asked many people to try to redesign the logo below, but no design was what I wanted.

I need a redesign of this:




The idea of the logo:
- business like, but interesting to look at, genuine, nothing like it out there.

- preferably glossy with some reflections, as needed and within the limits.

- it is preferred that the same kind of blue is used in the background,

- the logo must reflect that this website is about window coverings decor, etc... (blinds, shutters, etc.....)

- the name of the company is: "BlindsAndShutters.ca" and all the logos should have it exactly.

- should that this company is Canadian based (Toronto more specifically)....the flag, toronto's CN tower and other city buildings,

- unleash your imagination, I appreciate/prefer genuine designs.

It's just an idea, obviously not the finished article, but if you'd like me to work on it more i'll make a lot of changes to suit your needs.

Good try, the name is BlindsAndShutters.ca.

It looks Canadian, no doubt about it, but it still doesn't tell the user that this company sells window coverings (blinds, shutters, shades, etc...not draperies)

good attempt though...

 

i gave my try over here, i hope this might work.

feedbacks are warmly welcome.

 

1. the reflections at the bottom are a bit too much.
2. it's a bit too colorful;
3. it doesn't denote that the site is Canadian or Toronto based;

my entry... Canadian and I used a patter for the Text, as a Blind

 

yeahh the flag was supposed to be a "B" lol, i'll make some modifications, see what i can do!

mmm...doesn't really do it for me, too simple.

Speno and nikopolidis are on the right track. Both logos are interesting and bold, but those also need some work.

 

that, right there is the reflection I'm talking about, perfect. (the one underneath)

I like it but I feel that it can be better. you and speno are on the right track.

ok, tomorrow i will try to change the font or the style

 

all 3 of those imags are the same.

try a different host

 

maybe do something without the leaf, it's kinda big, do different concept. this contest will be open until I really find something

 

all updates look kinda similar, try a different concept without the leaf, try toronto sky scrapers for example, or whatever else.


ANYONE WHO has new ideas, please toss your design in this thread.
