    Find some high traffic sites that provide a lot of downloads and use a 3rd party file hosting services.
    Pay them to use your service and you will get a great promotion.

    You need to make a post on forums that will be using the file uploading a lot such as boxden.com and more. As well make a myspace page for your service and promote it on there
