    I am selling a forum

    It makes $1200 - $1600 monthly
    and a further $4 - $10 daily from Adsense

    It is a newish forum, but is based on my long established other forum (so a spin off in a different niche)
    It is a predicted PR4 and receives approx 100 uniques daily, has approx 300 members and has a database of 2000 plus other potential members
    ( i know those stats aren't great, but its the way its monetised that works!)

    It has demonstratable proof of how it earns its revenue ( i can show how it makes nearly $200 with 5 minutes work, although i recommend using this method 6-8 times monthly only). It also has low running costs (as its reasonably low traffic, normal hosting is only required)

    The membership is growing by 10 - 20 daily and the main keyword is fluctuating in and out of googles page 1 position 1 spot

    I'm sure this site can make even more cash

    It has a full marketing strategy and ready source of new members and strong links in.

    Its a good business, comparable to my long running business and my reason for sale is that i am launching a magazine and want to put some extra cash towards that. I am happy to reveal my stats for the comparable business to and to offer a GOI (guarantee on Investment) for the new owner along with support
