    i want to sell

    Site Age : 1.2 years
    PR 4 (/directory is PR3)

    It's a sport articles site. The directory http://www.freekicktemple.com/directory/ is the part that brings in the most visitors.

    Article site runs on Joomla , with a nice template, sef url's and extremly easy management. The directory runs on the latest paid version of phplinkdirectory. The sale include domain, 4 months of web hosting (so nu rush for you in moving the site), joomla template, php link directory script and all the other related assets.

    The directory has over 34,000 manually submitted links in the past 13 months.

    Because i dont have paypal i didnt sold links in directory so there are NO previous sponsored links arrangements that must be keept. A clean directory.

    Adsense revenue is around 6$ /month.

    1 year ago, when i had paypal access , i sold sponsored links for about 120$ in a month, after that no paypal, hard to get through moneybookers so i gived up. The links expired last month.

    So i cant tell how much you can get if you offer featured/sponsor links.

    Pending payment for the bid @ BIN, until the payment is made auction is open. Ofc he has priority and i will wait at least a couple of days in case of another bid @ BIN but lets not jump.

    Current bid : 60$, who says 70$ ?

    Only the template + php 3.02 license is over 100$ :D
