I like some novels written by nicholas sparks. He writes his stories w/ perfect understanding of his characters, perfect choice of scenes that make the stories and characters seem real. He sends a strong message of faith love & understanding. He writes his novel with all the passion and emotions that exists in real life stories. Some of my favorite novels written by sparks are The Notebook and Message in the Bottle.
oh, if you count magazines then I'm down for any photography, National G. (not just for the tribeswomen), TX Monthly and various other free ones I can pick up from our library!
Is The Notebook the original story which the film is based on? If so, how real is the film to it? I didn't know that there was a book.
Da Vinci Code is great. All John Grisham ( Loved the Street Lawyer) are fantastic. I think though Lee Child and his Jack Reacher novels are my favs. There's also Daniel Silva who wrote "The English Assasin" and "Confessor." The internet is great but a good novel is still hard to beat!
Atlas Shrugged Silent Knights 1984 The Peoples History of the United States ...and many others that cover history which television refuses to educate you on.
da vinci code A night at call center If tomorrow comes... i love these as they make me a part of the whole story line
It's a philosophical movement: Have a read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Existentialism It's quite an interesting view on life..
I like that too, but my favourite is "Ask and It Is Given"! It changed my life. Well, at least how I look at it. I enjoy Harry Potter as well. I have been reading them to my son for his bed time story but it is hard to stop even after he fell asleep.
Existentialism is a very interesting movement. You can find it in all sorts of literature.... ranging from Hamlet for example, and the poetry of Andrew Marvell to modern stuff like catcher in the rye.
