I saw many topics in DP asking about total/per month earnings and it is reflected from posts that most people who earn a good amount are not willing to share the amount. My question is, WHY?
Do you go up to a business owner.. buy and item and then be like "oh hey btw... how much do you make a month?" No. It's private and not anybodies business. If the person likes, they will disclose their income. Most people keep it to themselves though.
Anyone who says or brags in public that they earn $XX,XXX a week obviously doesn't, as if they are stupid enough to say that then they aren't smart enough to make that much money
Anyway if tomorow site x reveals that it earns xxxx$ i guarantee they will have xxx clones That's why
it's hard to release what you make from adsense if you make a lot. 1. No one will believe your high numbers 2. You sound like you are bragging 3. People will start stalking you to get ahead themselves.
i earn a decent amount due to hard work and im proud of what i make, but no way in hell would i reveal what sites i have or what i had to do get there all i have to say work hard and use your brain
i made over $5,000 from adsense last month and at this rate i will be on more for this month yes i am Showing off, why not? im proud dont like it? Though. ive worked hard 2 get here i think ive got every right 2 express myself And plz dont pm me saying things like hello im a single mother , could you teach me to make extra $ - Its my secret for my age Under 20, i must be 1 of the highest paid self made teenager in Europe.
Becareful of what you say and how you say it The million dollar home page guy at 17~ (hes made a few million in the last 2 years btw..) is possibly the wealthest teenagers in europe. Also, people dont disclose their earnings because they dont want the attention. Unless you get to a point where your secure like Shawn Hogan, Markus Fiend and John Chow (who do it to gain more interest in their sites) its going to be impossible to compete with them over night. I just think your opening a can of worms to people if you disclose your earnings. Pierce
Actually, some big publishers have disclosed their earnings. Some have even photographed their massive checks.
Then people will ask them for Bank details (like login and password etc) At some point they need to stop giving the info. They just do it at the start.
Who told you he where 17? hahha ur info is bad he where just over 20, he owed money because of university, and he came up with that idea that made him 1 million dollars, he never made it 2 be a millionaire as there is costs, and he is from the UK so 1 million $ is not 1 mill £ - he even got sued - and i said one of the highest, not Number 1
in my view big publishers do like to show off their income when its giving them some profit untill it covers all the costs they incur they may not show it to all of the persons.
