Becouse this sites are crap and Automated things are crap
Manual is the key

Focus more on the quality rather than the quantity.

i dont suggest you to use automatic link exchange service. if search engine find you, you may get problems

It's not completed but you can at least try it out at www.linkxc.com. We still have to develop a unique layout before releasing it to the public.

 

I wouldn't recommend any automated software for link exchanging. You should get a links management software like Arelis, or install a Links directory to manage all your links manually rather than relying on some automated system.

 

I believe that these type of website should be closed. I would suggest you to use manual link building team from INDIA or other countries. This would not only be cheaper but more fruitful.
