    I've got a site, it usually makes 35-45 per month. It's a little below your numbers there, but you might be interested.

    The site is PR3 www.realballers.com. It comes included with an IPB Licencse ($140 value) as well as two AMAZING forum skins ($1000 value) as well as a nice website. It is an active forum with a nice member base who consistently visit.

    I have a couple of those $50-$100 per month adsense earning zero maintenance sites. I can consider selling them.
