I need 1 liberal and 1 conservative please

I figured this would be a good place to post this, I am looking for 1 liberal and 1 conservative from this P&R forum.

The person(s) must enjoy writing and also be skilled at writing. I'm not looking for the AGS or LY2(me) style writers, I need people who are actually smart and have good communication skills.

    PM me if interested.

P.S. Mods, please don't move this thread to the marketplace. I know I'm soliciting for something, but I really want the thread to be here because this is where the political minded people hang out.

AGS, if you are under the delusion that either you or myself make thoughtful and intelligent posts, you're even more F'd up in the head than I originally thought.

90% of my posts are anti-Islam and anti-liberal dribble.
90% of yours are anti-west and anti-American dribble.

We are one in the same, just different agendas. At least I can recognize it ;)

What is this for? I love to write about political issues. I do lean towards the Anti-West side; however, I do look at reality as well.

    Ly2 -

PM sent. My thoughts tend to look at "path dependencies" and historical legacies to explain much of what I see today. A quick example:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=3574856&postcount=2

Kudos to you for self-reflection. I have to pay homage at the same well, quite often.:D

It is always a struggle to listen to opposing views, but so long as those views are pursued honorably, they are eminently worth listening to.

This is all for a blog. It's ranked #3 on Technorati for authority with a 22,000+ rank.

It's basically a dead blog. At one time it was very popular and still gets 5,000-10,000 visitors a day.

Anyhow, we can talk more about it later, I'm at work right now. Will be back in a few hours.

    Isn't it drivel?

I don't think AGS posts reach the point of drivel, personally. :p

    Again you are completely mistaken.

You foolishly made the dumbass mistake of calling me anti-American when I have always made it clear that I am not anti-American but anti-American Administration.

You used the wrong person to use as an example.

You just proved what ly2 was saying in the first place. You also say you don't support terrorists and I think we ALL know how far of a stretch that is. There's only one thing in the topics of discussion you are not against. And we all know what that is.

ly2 - I'd highly recommend northpointaiki from the liberal perspective. He's by far the most rational and articulate left leaning person I've ever encountered. On many occasions, he's made me stop and think. Really think. We used to "hash" it out when he first came to the forum and I spent 80% of my time looking words up in the dictionary :)

For the conservative side, Lorien (hands down) if he is interested. His (I've always presumed "his," but if I'm wrong, please forgive me!) thought-provoking posts are well written and communicate the message very well in a non-combative manner (which I tend to have).

    There's my 2 pfenning's worth.

Wrong again GTech, why do you think I am always labeling you as the leader of the "crazy gang?"

ly2 made the dumbass mistake of calling me anti-American which I am not in order to bullshit his crappy post up.

The dude could just have asked nicely and sensibly for people for his project, instead he made an ass-hat attempt at some kind of limp cocked attack on me.

I have always been against the terrorists running your country GTech but never the Americans themselves, and no matter how much BS you and the crazy gang try and put on it that will not change.

How can I blame the American people for the mess that their corrupt administration is making of the world? I can't.

Because that's what AnthonyCEA used to say, before he was banned for the 500th time and since you can't think for yourself, rely on his old terms.

I agree with him. I see you as anti-American as well. The opposite of that being pro-America and once again, I think we ALL know that's a stretch. We know what you are PRO for. It's most certainly not common sense, reason, rational thought, America, the West, Soldiers, Christians, Jews, Israel or thinking. Perhaps the problem isn't everyone else?

The rest isn't even worth responding to.

There is a massive difference between being anti-American and anti-American Administration GTech.

You are so caught up in your own little world that you so manifestly refuse to see anything other than your own insane rhetoric that anyone that is against your hero Bush must be a terrorist supporter.

I see it every day from you GTech and it is becoming very transparent these days. ;)

I know your game sonny, and the rest of the crazy gang just mirror your thoughts, you're like their cult leader eh mate! :D

It's not only my opinion, it's the opinion of others. I'm sure you have a few ditzy followers here who grew up in abused homes that need a leader, and will come and disagree on your behalf. That's fine. Really, after your latest "performance" with terrorists that tried to blow your country up, my opinion of you is less than smegma.

Maybe...just maybe, the problem isn't everyone else?

You have a resolute "crazy gang" of half brained lemmings that worship and parrot every word you say mate, I speak for myself, always have done and always will do. :)

You accuse anyone that doesn't agree with your own beliefs of being a terrorist supporter etc. etc. etc.

It's tedious to see you do this all the time. More and more people are starting to realize what utter scumbags people like Bush and Cheney are, just by seeing through their lies and certainly not by me telling them so. I already know how dangerous terrorists like Bush and Cheney are to the world. ;)

    Not really dude.
If any of the following are involved: america, christians, jews, europe, or anyone of authority
Then it's always because they are bad or up to no good.

If any of the following are involved: muslims, any middle eastern country, or any minority, then there is always an excuse for what they have done. Usually something along the lines of them being oppressed or mistreated.

Thats pretty much how everyone of your posts go.

EDIT: Matter of fact, who cares. This thread wasn't made so we can fight with each other. I'm just looking for a couple good political bloggers =\

LMAO, right on cue! Break out those shields. Meanwhile, *some* have clearly exposed their support for terrorists. Right, AGS? Are you ashamed now? How about creating another thread seeking support and sympathy? Cognitive dissonance at it's finest.
