Just curious if anyone is doing any good with i-phone sites or blogs with adsense on them? Thought wow thats a pretty hot topic but I bet everyone and their Mama is covering it.
I bet their are tons of people with an I-Phone related site....they generate tons of traffic as well since everyone wants one hehe
yeah, you can make good money from that web site but iphone is competitive keyword. it will be very difficult to find visitors
I saw this one guy was selling an i-Phone related blog on the site sale forum making 3 figure income monthly.
Thats rediculous! How could he be making that much monthly when there hasnt been that much info about the iphone and because it just came out?
thats the thing, everyone is looking for content,,...so maybe he found some decent enough to attract everyone looking for some
yep . to get people to visit in to i phone sites is very difficult . i even have a blog which is 3rd on yahoo for apple i phone keyword. but still hardly getting 100 visitors/day .
We have iPhone info on our site. We are getting massive page views compared to other pages (about 1,000-2,000 iPhone p/v daily at the moment), but because we're in Australia, and it's not due for release here for several months (Christmas possibly) there aren't many actual Australian iPhone ads (and the majority of our visitors are from Aust). We're tending to get iPod ads or ones that are nothing really related. Still, we're making a few dollars a day on it even so, from Adsense. As the release date here comes closer, hopefully the relevant ads will appear, and we'll make more, especially as the content is around now and ageing. We are also trying some affiliates on it, so we'll see how they go in time. The hype really is massive, isn't it?!
It will be very popularright now. I guess the number of daily searches conducted will be in the 100,000 of thousands. I it will die out as the hype sarrounding the phone diminishes.
I posted a thread on CPC in adwords part of the forum. But this will be very interesting to see what happens!
i-phone topic will require a lot of SEO to be enlisted at a good position....theres are millions of pages with i-phone content in them.
