All I do to maintain this site is update it with a new video about once a week to keep the content fresh. The more you add, the better. I did some heavy and pretty strategic SEO work on the site and it now ranks very well for some search keywords in Google.

The site's adsense placement is nearly perfected.






This site has a very obvious potential to the right investor. Keyword status can only go up if content is updated weekly.

62.4 % comes from Direct address / Bookmarks
3% comes from external pages

Any problems with Adsense asking to remove videos or reviewing your account? I'm in contact with a couple very large sites that have had issues using Adsense with this type of content, an example being nothingtoxic.com. He eventually got fed up and stopped using them all together.

Either way, I'll bid $1200. I feel your $4000 BIN will never be reached with $155 monthly revenue.

No I've actually never had that kind of trouble with Adsense. I make sure the content I post isn't too borderline.
