    So I want my customers to provide maximum benefit out of minimum period and rate.

    I am planning to do the following :

    Directory Submission
    Social Bookmarking
    Blog commenting
    Link Exchange
    Forum Signature/posting
    Article Submission

    What else I can provide for better fast result ?

    I am having many satisfied customers from DP !

    Yeah ! I am also thinking about it.Many of my business was lost because when people see my site they think that its a child play !

    Article submission doesn't work anymore either, thats why I stopped my service even though it made about $50 per day on average.

    If you want to launch a valuable service why not trylinkbait.

    This is all crap.

    Why do you want to offer link building service if you do not know how to build links ?

    Blog commenting is spamming, article and directory submission doesn't work anymore, forum signatures are no followed or they carry little value etc.

    I would offer links from niche hubs, try to get links from content area on relevant site, submit site to few quality directories like aviva, botw..., try to make linkbait with some provocative article or tool, make a contest on the site etc. etc.

    These are quality links.

    LOL.
    Forum signatures are not permanent links and your client can't depend on them :D

    You must get one way permanent links from authority and relevant sites not from some spammy article database site.
    Article sites link to bad neighbourhoods and you do not want to connect your client's site with that.
