TWO SITES FOR SALE ($800 / month)

I am selling two websites.

Between the 2 of them they bring in $800+ / month and possibly a lot more than that. Reason for selling is that I need the money ASAP.

One website is a network of cheat code websites (www.cheats-and-codes.net). It is a PRIME domain name + tons of content. All of the codes are not from a common DB, nor were they bought. Design, content, domain, etc... is included. All of the site are on their own subdomains (ex: ps2.cheats-and-codes.net).

The other website is a song lyrics website. (www.song-book.info)

Revenue questions / details, will only be disclosed to confirmed bidders, as well as stats.

Starting bid: $4,000.
Reserve: $6,000.
BIN: $8,500.

Bid increments of $100.

This will be auction style and will end July 4th.

This thread makes me laugh. How can you expect someone to bid and not release a single info?

If your web site is legitimately making that much money, you got nothing to worry about. This only signals red flags.

Many times legitimate business sellers require potential buyers to sign a non-disclosure agreement before providing information. I do agree, however, that the seller will have a harder time selling the site without disclosing the information. Many legitimate buyers won't give a seller the time of day without posting a full due diligence package. So it works both ways.

 

I would pay $8,500 for you to tell me how you make $800 + a month with 2 backlinks?

 

A NDA enforceable when you are in the same country. In this case, it's not since he's in Aus I think? The effectiveness of one is not there, unless you wanna go there and hammer the guy or vice versa.

This crapping on peoples sales threads is getting out of control, take a look at how long jfontestad has been a Digital Ponit member, almost from day one.
Then take a look at the people bashing the salres threads, not only this one but just about every thread on here. They are predominantly newish members.

I can vouch for jfontestad, I bought sites from him way back before the Itrader was introduced to the forum.
He has done a lot of business here and everything he has said has been true.

The knockers are not interested interested in buying the site but are just looking for a few fleeting seconds of fame by flaming in these threads.
Go and do it on Sitepoint, you people are not needed at Digital Point.

First off please stop hi-jacking my sales thread. This is a legitimate sale and I believe that for those of you jealous and do not really understand nor have the funds to make such a purchase bash the thread and try to pick it apart.

$8,500 is the BIN, not the beginning bid.

As I said I would be more than happy to send POI to confirmed bidders.

Just a note for bidders, this is steady income and will be steady as it is the same method used on other websites that I have 2+ yrs.
