I have enough proof that he is a SCAMMER, and I will report it to EG Company if he did not come up, though i still hold few hopes

With so many scam's ,he's still on this forum .Why don't mods ban him.

 

I dont think it will work. First of all "Exchange is Illegal". They might ban your account because of this exchange. Email that guy, coz egold asks that if you have sent the person an email.

May be they are waiting for his reply. Not sure because this is there personal matter and they did this exchange on IMs. Also many -ve and red reps can ban him.

Case getting closed in a Single day indicates that he called paypal and reported unauthorized transaction and created a spoof report against all activity. It happened once with me in the past but on a different forum where someone after paying me for an egold exchnage done that. It was for a small amount but i got to know that if you call paypal and tell them to generate a spoof report. They won't even give you a chance or listen to your side of the whole thing but just reverse the money.

Here is what we had done in the past.

We were six people whom he tried scamming and all were coincedently were my friends so i suggest all those who are affected by sta to call paypal tell them your side of the story and report against that guy. Please make sure that all of you mention about one particular service so that paypal is forced to believe you. All of you call one by one so that paypal believes you at the end and give all your money back to you'll. Tell them to look for other incidents where he did the same to his other buyers. Tel them to check his IP coz he would use the same IP and that could be a catch point as a failure for his spoof report generated by paypal to reverse all your transactions.
