which film was so hyped up, then you were disappointed?

all of the star wars series and ghost rider

 

there are so many now, that this should be a thread on "hyped up movies that lived up to their hype..." instead

 

I have to agree with you there. I thing 2 was ok (if that) and 3 not so much

 

Spiderman - 3 was absolutely terrible. My time would have been better spent watching re-runs than sitting through the three hour long, lame movie spiderman 3

 

i say its spiderman 3 that disappointed me the most recently.

 

Spiderman 3 was real bad. Even Shrek 3 to a certain extent. Perhaps the magic of the sequels dies down when it comes to the second or third movie.

 

I liked the first one, but heard the 3rd was so bad that I shouldn't waste my time... true?

 

for me its still worth watching.

 

I haven't seen S3 yet but I keep hearing it's a mixed bag. Same with all the 3's this summer...not so much by the sound of it.
