What do you think is the best free forum?

I think it is Invision Plus.

I am looking to find a better forum that has many detailed features and full administrator, moderator, and member control.

Reason is simple they have lots of modification and skins available if we compare it with other free forum scripts.

SMF is by far the best.

 

PunBB is a forum software....not forum host.
