My friend created an account here about 1 week ago. He also verified his email. But he is not yet able to make post anywhere in the forum.I also tried loging in his account but I cant find whats wrong actually. Any idea guys?
Definitely there could be an issue over this, so better to contact the forum admin/moderator. I was informed that Digital Point is a very user friendly forum and definitely you will receive feedback from MOD when contacted.
When i registered an account here, i didn't have any problems in posting. My guess is that he hasn't got the verification email which forbids him from posting.

When he registered he triggered a "spammer alert" - based on his IP or some other factor. I don't know what the problem might be and I'm sure he'll get cleared soon enough - it's a manual process though and Mods don't do it. His profile looks ok. Where do you guys login from? He registered on the same IP as you.
No we live in the same city. We are using same ISP I think. Last time I had logged in to his account from my computer to check whats wrong.
tell him to be patient - he's in the queue and will be seen. shouldn't take as long as dmoz submission
