best cpm company

I am about to start doing some cpm campaigns. I get around 75,000-110,000 daily impressions and would like to capitalize on this. What would the best company be (mine is a celebrity site).

The first 2 ad networks listed here are good and reputable. They always pay on time.

They are currently paying me around $0.50 - $0.60 CPM for banner ads alone. You can use 1 of each banner ad per page. If you use 3 different formats, then you can earn around $1.50 - $1.80 CPM.

If you also want to use popunders where they are shown 1 popunder per unique visitor then you should earn between $3 - $6 CPM for them alone excluding the banner ads.

I have been with these two networks for well over 2 years and fine they are very good for my entertainment type site. I have never had a late payment yet.

I've been using Pay Pop UP for 6 month and they pay on time. With 70000 hits daily, i got about $50 daily.
