tonerboss.com submitted to my directory again, this time, I refunded and told the owner to stop submission again.

The worst thing is he will pay and file a paypal charge after 3 months. Paypal even deducted $10 fee from me.

 

I am one of his victim, it costs me submission fee $15 & paypal fee $10 total of $25
