popup script

I need someone to suggest a popup script that will not get blocked.

I need it to do the following things....

It needs to popup when a person goes to close the page - and offer them a subscription to a newsletter series.

Can someone suggest anything?

i have 2 items on this page that may do what you need. i really haven't tested them extensively.
