Hello every one i'm running high cost keywords in adwords, every word was costing me 0.40 to run,now when i stopped my account for about 1 month and back again,i found that the min bid for all these keywords to run is $10 so what can i do to solve this problem and run my ads for 0.40$ for every keyword?
This usually means that your quality score sucks. What I would do is review your site and make sure it's compliant with all google suggestions for adwords advertisers. Here's a quick link to some more info http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=360032#post3399229
The link ohadgliksman provided is very good and you should review it. If you are looking for more help with your quality score, check this out. Improve Your Quality Score Good luck.
hi there didn't work with me cost for bid is so high for every new ad or new keyword $10 for every keyword!! even if its not keyword! what can i do?
poor thing! $10 is too high! Have you tried the "common keyword technique"? It should help you to get reasonable cost. my average cpc is less than $0.10 after applying this technique
Also keep in mind that your CTR history is part of the quality score equation. You may have to give it some time so your poor CTR in the past doesn't play so a big role in your poor quality score. If you want to change it right now, you can start another Google AdWords account.
well...i registered another account and i still facing the same problem $10 to activate keywords!!!!!!! i'm running web hosting keywords it was working for $0.20 or less, do you think the problem is in my site?
It is your domain that you have to change, that or do all the things necessary to bring up your QS, and then wait several months (or until google feels like it)
Imagine that Perfect example of why I tell people running out and creating new accounts and getting new domain after new domain is a giant waste of time. Seleno, if you're seeing $10 across the board it's most likely due your site. It could be other things as well but I'd start by fixing your site.
Hi GuysFromChicago. You seem to be an expert with Google Adwords and i think will really be needing your help. Can you at least show me/us a perfect example of a well optimized site for Adwords?
Which products did you promote? As i guess, maybe you promote CB products with the venders promotion site.if so,you may build your own web site or use your own domain name redirect to your venders site.then the problem should be resolved.
You may not know this, but even if its not active for $10, it will be active at some point in the day. I noticed this when I added a keyword that was $5 a click. It wasn't active. But every day I would log on and notice that it got 10,000 more impressions. I think its a google trick to boost their revenue. Leave it at $5, you'll still get impressions and clicks.
No, look at the bottom of any ad group screen: "Inactive for search keywords have a Quality Score and bid too low to trigger ads on searches for Google or the search network, but they remain active for content impressions. These keywords may occasionally accrue search clicks as we re-assess their quality."
wow, I want to know what the keyword is. A publisher will get like $5 per click from it if everyone is paying $10.
