Okay well i have known about adsense for awhile but i just learned that you can only receive your money by check and thats only when you have earned 100 usd. Anyways im looking for something that works like adsense but can transfer the money to my paypal instead. Does anyone know is a thing like this exists?

I don't know of anyone who pays for every click right away. Most everyone just adds the total number of clicks at the and of the month and send you a check if you are over some limit; it is not worth it for them to send you a check for $2 because just the amount of money that they have to spend to produce and mail you the check makes it economically unfeasible (or something like that.) Anyways, I have read about some ad networks paying every 15 days but I don't think that any of the major ones do.

Okay, these are NOT like adsense, but I list them anyway:
    - reviewme.com (reviews)
    - textlinkads.com (link selling)
    - payperpost.com (paid posts)
    - blogvertise.com (paid posts)

Outside US (well, at least here in Finland), checks can be bit pain in the (bottom). It costs a lot to cash $100 international check (like $25-30 or something) and it takes ages to get the money. Paypal is easier...

Check CashinX (the blue link in my sig). This seems to be a new adsense alternative and also pays by paypal.

Adsense is actually one of the best earners provided you have good quality content and traffic. The first few months can be a bit hard while waiting for your payment to arrive. When you hit $100 a month, each month it gets much better and you consistently get their cheques in the mail.

Depending on your location it can take a few days or weeks (2 weeks for me) for it to arrive in the mail. If EFT is available to your then it's even easier and you get your money soon after the 25th of each month.

There is no way you can transfer your money from AdSense to Paypal... unfortunately.
