I use MS Live including the adCenter. I thought the $50 free advertising would be great but they seem to be charging me small amounts here and there. It will probably use up my $50 really soon. I've been emailing with them trying to understand what they are charging me for but it doesn't make much sense so far. I'm just about ready to cancel my ad with them.

Hey I have already joined that program when it was launched... but in my opinion there is no use with that.. yes you get a domain name, some hosting space and custom email.. but there is no use with that... as you dont have ftp access and also cant insert ads... here is the sample site

http://infomatrics-solutions.com/default.aspx I didnt add any contents to it just reserved that domain thats it...

but I have another domain name with them but its not active now I dont know why.. here is that url http://maheshmohan.com/default.aspx

Is it offered even for non-US? When they first launched, it was US only...
