Uhm well, after my work I'm not yet on my bed, I just stay awake but not thinking of my work. I'm thinking of what me and my family will be after 1 yr from now.
Lol, true for some, not for me. I dont work, at home i use computer though, for play i dont always, and i think about it when i sleep lol

sad and true at the same time. none more so for most people arounf here since this is their work! you know it's bad when you are trying to fall asleep and you are still 'online'
Being online has brought a lot more advantages than disadvantages. The potential is there for anything to be abused by too much consumption of it.
