most of the blogs are using nofollow to prevent spam. i dont think that blog commenting (or spamming) can get success

You can't really tell unless you visit the site and see a dofollow image or post (or check the source code to see whether the comments are nofollow or not), but including a dofollow in your search along with whatever terms you are searching for will higher the chance of it being a dofollow blog (since it will probably have the word somewhere on the blog for it to appear in the results, which means it prob has it installed unless it was criticizing the plugin)
Both use nofollow by default, but many bloggers install plugins to remove the tags to reward commenters
Not that I know of, but you can view page source and press f3 and search for nofollow and if you don't find any near comments then it doesn't have it.
