    1) How old is the site.
    2) Have you ever paid for any posting service or are ALL posts manual
    3) The current installation of forum software is an early BETA of phpBB3. phpBB3 is now at RC2 (release candidate 2). Do you plan to upgrade before sale?
    4) Have you ever applied for Adsense on this domain?
    5) What are the current staff levels?
    6) Are they aware of sale
    7) Are they willing to stay under new owner?
    8) Would you consider staying as a silent partner (paid)

    • The current forum software is PHPBB3 RC2 and i have no plans for upgrade.
    • I never monetized this site.
    • We currently have 4 moderators.
    • They don't know about the sale.
    • They will stay if you plan keep the forum topic intact.

    Damn that it's phpbb3 - that could pose serious problems at present for importing into vbulletin or similar. :(
