    I would go for HostGator.
Their support is good and they are quite reliable.
Don't waste your time with "unlimited" bandwidth promises.
Remember - you get what you're paying for. Always!

I can tell you right now the word unlimited does NOT exist. Check their terms and conditions of people that offer it, it says "the term unlimited means XXGB of space", or they simply close your website when it uses too much bandwith.

Laff...I highly doubt anyone's ToS says that in it anywhere. I'd be interested to see one, though.

The fact about unlimited bandwidth is that you would have to be doing something so intensive to use all that bandwidth that you will invariably violate the ToS in other ways. The most common being excessive CPU usage or MySQL connections. That is how your account would be terminated - not because of bandwidth.

I think your biggest challenge in that list will be the proxy. The vast majority of hosts do not allow proxies on their servers. I see by the fact that you bolded that requirement that you're likely aware of that fact.

Also, since you want ASP you are looking for Windows hosting which is almost always more expensive (although that doesn't seem to concern you).

So if I were you I would search for a host that offers Windows hosting and allows proxies. Once you find a handful of those, see which one fits your bandwidth requirements.

I would seriously go look on Web Hosting Talk in the shared hosting offers forum.

    A quick example

    Streamline.co.uk

A friends site was taken down after using 120gb bandwith and 100gb storage over a month.

    http://www.findmyhosting.com/truthunlimited.htm - Useful insight

Google search unlimited hosting and read their T&Cs.

I run a proxy via a VPS at Servint and they allow it. Have another high traffic site and having no problems with them. Can't say they allow unlimited bandwidth, but I think you are going to have a hard time finding someone that meets ALL of your requirements....
