Russia has published a list of 17 groups it regards as "terrorist organisations", including al-Qaeda and the Afghan Taleban.

As for Hamas and Hezbullah, the fact that Russia does not put them on a list does not make them any less of a terrorist organization. Russia's list is reflective of Russia's own interests. However, do note that Russia routinely shares information on Hamas and Hezbullah as if they were on the Russian list.

Even Russia knows which way the wind blows.
