Like I said before, I thought it was a copyright infringement problem, but it is a trademark infringement problem, so I wasn't guessing ...

I checked and paypalsucks.com is still online if they can do it I can do internetexploerersucks.net :D may not get a way with internetexplorerupdate.net but sucks should not be a problem

Note that paypalsucks.com is #2 for pay pal and #4 for paypal search on google

You could probably use that name in the same fashion as paypalsucks.com, a non-comercial site discussing paypal. The do not run ads and refuse donations.

Your original post was about being a firefox affilaite, and that would not be allowed on a 'sucks' version of the site.

Good luck with your business ideas - I think I am done on this thread.

You may not have guessed. But what you thought is still plain wrong.

I don't know where you got the idea that one can't sue before sending a C&D.
But inaccurate posts like that is one reason why some people find themselves
    in deep poo.

I'll do you a favor of pulling the stick out of my ass and cool down if you'll do
me a favor of thinking before posting something stupid like that. Deal?

The rest of you folks reading this had better think long and hard before doing
    what you want to do.

It wasn't plain wrong, because of the dmca, what I said is true for copyright cases, but not trademark cases

So I misread what he was planning on doing, I wasn't giving out bad, untrue or misleading advice

No need to be an asshole
