Install of script help

I have just tried to install a script on my server. Going through the install guid i have done every thing but come to a stop. It is asking Import the database contained in the file sql.sql I am unsure how to go about this. I have added a SQL database but am not sure how to Import the database contained in the file to this SQL file?

go to your database. click the import button, copy and paste the sql file into it and click go.
