not sure if the link will work, but check out 1and1 vps, i know they are onli $29.

please note though, i havnt used them so cant review.

 

1and1.com doesn't allow proxies.

i have a vps with galaxy-solutions dot net. They have good support and of course, they allow proxies.

Proxies aren't stable on vps you should go for a dedicated server.

 

I couldnt get phproxy or zelune to work at all on my old VPS... would crash every time I tried to look at a proxified page... I worked out it had somthing to do with the main system nertowrk card being virtual, not ETH0

had to buy a Dedicated... glad I did though
