I didn't feel the need to write a contract and spend a week walking you through the entire process for such a small sale. In fact, I was going to keep the site until I got an offer I couldn't refuse. My apologies to you for the retraction but business is business. I'll be sure to 'ask' you the next time I decide to sell a site.

 

Yet you definitely felt the need to accept my offer and start the sale process (without contract, too, as we both agreed). Strange how it works, huh?

Really? How come you never shared that critical piece of information with me when you agreed to sale?

Anyways, I am not going to argue with you over a small deal like that. We both know we have messenger history of our discussion and terms we had both agreed to. If you choose to do "business" this way, then I definitely feel lucky the deal didn't go through.

 

Let it go. I can do business with whomever I want. Nothing initiated in the entire process, no money left hands and nothing of value was released. I don't have to explain myself anyway. The offer came AFTER I dedcided to keep the site.
