A break from Spammers

Anyone seen a good reduction in submissions from spammers lately. I have and it is a breath of fresh air. What causes this kind of relief from bot submissions? If I was an asshole with a bot, which I'm not, I wouldn't see any reason to cease even though my submissions keep getting denied. After all, a bot is a bot, and doesn't cost the spammer using the bot any effort. Is it possible that they have moved on to new sites after so many denials?

I wish I would see that, but everyday I get so many that it is a little ridiculous. For your sake, I hope they did move on from your site!

Your are criticizing a bot ,

but there is bot that actually helps me to reduce the spam submissions by a large amount!

    see this directory

www.innermobiles.com - A directory that is edited by an bot!

My bot prevents MFA's ,content less sites, etc.,

It has done a lot of hard work for me!

No offense to the altruistic robots, it's the bad guys I'm thinking about when I criticize the bots.

i know a lot of spammers have got sued recently by the honey net project

i also seem to have recieved less spam mail over the last few days i think.

i guess all the spammers went to a spam conference in spamland ready for a big push over the summer.
