I have started this unique project for only paid directories that are "budget". Simply, I wanted to collect directories that offer very affordable listing fees. I have set some rules (my own) and suggestions to define what "budget" directories are, compared to other paid directories. I also wanted to have resource links for those individuals or websites that offer blog listing services as a part of list of budget directories. As I have been benefited by those directories and their owners, I wanted to help promote their sites to show my appreciation for their generosity. Thank you for your great offers and services! http://www.budget-directories.com/ Free to add your budget paid directory. Must read the guidelines! Requirements: Paid directories with affordable fees. Sorry, bidding directories are not included in this directory. Any suggestion and feedback are appreciated.
Thanks smub for your featured link, it has been approved. That description is the very thing I wanted Submitters, please put your best "promotional" description upon submission. I decided to encourage the description to be more advertising purposes rather than old plain description of the site. Another unique idea Keep in mind that Price & PR Suggestions are NOT requirements as I will be the final jduge to decide. (pardon my own judgement there) Notice that I gave more credits to directories with PR4 +.
I like the site, so I bookmarked it, who doesn't like a good deal? n.e.ways I didn't add ne sites, but I checked it out and its a pretty solid site.
Thanks. I will work hard to maintain the quality. Mainly I would check PR, inner page PR, and the price I'm hoping some would submit their blog posting services. If you can recommened, please let me know.
This is a great Idea I hope people submit their directories. I am bookmarking your directory. I am looking forward to see some good directories in your dir. Just one question do you make sure that the directories are submitted to the proper page rank categories.
perhaps a bid directory section should be made. shame i have to miss out, i dont own any decent phplds
I have thought of it. But bidding directories are little different from other regular paid directories IMO. I believe bidding directories are all affordable though. Thank you. I will try my best to maintain the directory and the accuracy of those directories' stats according to the guidelines. Approved! Now this is a good news for folks. Dirspace is now offering very generous listing fees!
I understand that free directories really are budget in terms of money, but then I think everybody knows that many of them are not so quality even though some of them are surely well promoted as I own one myself. But for me to maintain free directories like that, it would be very difficult as there are many free ones. Sorting out them would take too much time, and I assume I would be mostly deleting them. But if I see quality free directories, I think I would consider creating the category link for it. But I wonder how many free directories with inner page PR out there. Most likely their inner pages are filled with links, I would think.
Can't speak for anyone else and don't know how much impact being a niche directory has; but most of my inner pages have PR, and at least one second tier category Free Beading Patterns is a PR 2 with the primary category having a PR3. It really dismays me this trend that all free directories are being lumped with the QBC crew. I'll go away now and simply wish you well with your new site - generally, I think you have a great concept.
I agree that the "trend" isn't good I'm afraid, but I'm not pushed or intimidated by the trend. I just acknowledge the trend. IMO, your free directory is very quality in fact. I don't simply generalize all free directories are potential QBC's either. I hope you can understand that. It's more about the percentage. Directories that are promoted well tend to be paid ones rather than free. It's like "you get what you pay for". My attempt in this project is to build a list of quality paid directories that are affordable. I am sure you are not taking it personally. I appreciate your comment/feedback though. But I would like to see how things would go in the way I want to do in this directory.
