Al Qaeda is the pure evil, you can do anything and its justified if its against them

When you start actually identify local Iraq groups and causes , then people will ask questions

AGS inability to be fooled by this is so profound, he's upset with british soldiers kill al qaida in Afghanistan, too! His power is impressive.

I wish the news would call them for what they really are...which is Islamic fascists. I'm tired of the words "insurgents" and "terrorists".

"Al Qaeda is "teh leet evile." We must do everthing to stop them. If that means the Patriot Act and, and torture, and people being kept in GITMO for years with no charges...well, that's just what has to be done." -- Random sheeple on the street.

That's a buzz phrase we hear a lot. But really, in what way are Al Queda fascists?

Fascism is a cause directed towards establishing a dictatorship.

Saddam was a fascist. Mussolini was fascist.

AFAIK, Al Queda is not trying to establish fascism in any particular region. Now if OBL said he wanted to be the Saudi King, or Ruler of Iraq, then a case could be made that he has fascist motivations.

World Domination is not synonymous with a dictatorship. Nice try though.

I'm not the imperialist. You are. I'm not interested in nation building or being the world's policeman. That stuff may give you an erection, but I get my rocks off on liberty, privacy and sovereignty.

It's disappointing. I expect so much more from you.
