Hi :) I hope there are some DP-users with some good law-skillz :p

Is there any laws that Nukesomebody.com might be breaking by allowing visitors to "Nuke" (negative vote) celebrities, politicans and companies by name?
Could this fall under slander? I feel that it is simply a form of freedom of speech where our visitors express their oppinion. Any ideas? :)

If it turns out that the site violates any laws I will of course shut it down :)

#Rep. will be given for good answers#

Slander laws vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. In the US, there would be nothing wrong with expressing your opinion of somebody in the manner you describe.
