Auctionads down?

... or is it only here?
Seems like auctionads is down, - anybody else?
Ads show as usual but auctionads website can't be accessed.

 

Yep, its down again. I was on a couple hours ago for about 5 minutes then its been down since.

 

It seems like a nice idea but the site is down and I see broken areas where ads have been placed.. They need a more powerful server...

AA down again!! anyone else having trouble this morning? I am up in short bursts then down again.

 

Its working for me now but its not uncommon for it to go down in short burst of for a page not to load on the first try but then works if you try again immedietly.

 

I also get that page not work then refresh it and it works. I've been having it for the last 2 hours or so.

 

As much as I love the AuctionAds concept, the program can be really frustrating.

It's not uncommon, for example, for ALL of my ads on a page to display missing images (looks like a Polaroid clip art). This isn't because the auctions themselves don't have images. It seems to be due to glitches on AuctionAds' part.

And a lot of times, I can't even log into my stats. I've e-mailed support on a few occasions but they don't seem to fix the issues. Bummer, I hope they straighten these things out.

down again this morning. I'm looking for an alternative and getting out of AA. Too much down time and no support. I have sent 3 support emails in the past 2 weeks, all unanswered.

I've yet to sign up with them.

 

I'm starting to move away from them. I hate seeing my sites with broken ads. Definitely gives a bad impression to my visitors.

I have been happy with AA... my revenues are nice and their ads actually belnd in nicely and compliment my site nicely. It is a shame they are having so much downtime but I am sure they know and are doing their best to sort it out.

 

I agree. I love AA. I just can't continue failing to serve my customers because they are down again. Its a great program and I am hopeful they will get the bugs worked out but I am not going to bother much with them until they get it working properly.

I can't say the same, my earnings are at an all time low. Ohh well the sun will come out tommorow

 

I've been running both AA and eBay ads from the editor kit on the same site for a while. I make a couple of sales a day with the eBay ads, but only see a sale every few days withy AA. Similar pages, products/keywords and impressions. Probably it's all the down time and irrelevant ads from AA that make it perform worse.

 

Yes sometimes their ads are not shown on my site. It seems that it downs from time to time.

 

Lack of relevance & downtime has killed AA for me ... I'll try again once things seem more settled

 

anyone else having problems with stats. My stats haven't been updated since the 26th. This is getting so old with AA.
