Video Site With 5.2k daily uniques, $180 a month from AdSense, uniquely coded script

I wanna sell this YouTube clone site which gets average 5200 unique visitors and 40000 page views daily. You will see that it's working slow currently if you check it, that's all because of my server.

The script is uniquely coded with features of full SEO and crawling videos from YouTube instantly and automatically. You simply enter a keyword, and it crawls all videos related with that keyword for you. It crawls the videos with description, title and all that, and saves the link to sitemap for every keyword like "keyword.html". This way, site gets indexed really fast. Currently it has 23000 pages indexed in Google. It saves recently made searches and prints them on homepage as a wordcloud. Also, the left menu is completely editable.

I'm keeping the price low although it's sure the hits will grow, so will the revenue.

Revenue Details:

The revenue is from Google AdSense. You can see the screenshot for proof of earnings. I put AdSense on site 20 days ago and it made $120 in 20 days. It averages $5-6 daily.

Traffic Details:

Traffic is mostly from Google. The site also gets direct type-in traffic, which is around 16%. Detailed info is given in the screenshots. 36% of traffic is from Turkey, and the rest is from US, UK, Netherlands, France, Germany etc.

Wow the videos take about 2 minutes to show up. Is it just a bogged down server or is it the script?

 

I already mentioned I was having server issues that the reason the site loads slow.

What's wrong with it?

This server issue and also the loss of indexed pages caused a drop in traffic.

That bidder decided he'd rather use that money for a new car and backed out from his bid.

They will load, just slowly.

It's all about the server. You can see I mentioned it in the first post.

$1500 a month revenue? You've been having server issues for more than a month now?

 

Yes. I wasn't expecting this when I moved to LayeredTech from Softlayer. Somehow, this script is loading so slow at my new boxes. I have no idea why and I couldn't fix it either. I tried the script on many other servers and it was all right. It was making $30-35 a day when it had 15-18k uniques which equals around $1500 a month.
